Dai Sempai Kristofer Cascio - Black Belt Instructor

Kris holds the rank of Shodan in Jido Kwan Tae Kwon Do, Black Belt in Miyama Ryu Ju Jutsu, Brown Belt in Shotokan Karate, and level P2 in IKMF Krav Maga.
Kristofer began teaching martial arts in 2006.

Brian holds the rank of Black Belt in Go Ju Ryu Karate, Yellow Belt in Mi Yama Ryu Ju Jutsu, and P2 in IKMF Krav Maga.
